I am excited to announce upcoming performances of the band you all should know...Goodnight Gilbert! My talented brother, Alex, and his friends started this band back in high school and will be playing at Velour this Friday and Saturday night. My brother is the lead vocalist and bass player. He wrote lyrics to many of the songs and they are fun and original. The beats are catchy and my 4th graders love to use them for class dance parties!! We had the opportunity to go to some of their concerts this summer and we loved it (and not just because he is my brother!) So come one and all:

Your brother is such a cool, nice guy. I saw him at the ticket office the other day. I told him I didn't know he was old enough to be in college, or something like that. I felt a little bad. :)
But anyway, your whole family is wonderful! I'm glad he's involved in making music. It's a fun form of creation!
