Max's 2 weeks appointment stats:
- 8 lbs 13 oz (which we were thrilled with since he had gotten down to 7 lbs 4 oz because my milk took so long to come in. That means he went from the 25th to the 75th percentile)
- 21 and 3/4 inches long - just under the 90th percentile
I was so glad that he didn't get any shots at this appt. and am sure I will be so sad at his 2 month appt. when he will get some!
My cute little man is now over one month old and here are some things we are loving about him:
- He has started cooing
- We LOVE when he smiles as he's going to sleep. So funny and so cute!
- He also smiles AT us now and not just in his sleep
- He sometimes snorts when he gets upset (esp. when he's hungry)
- He smacks his lips almost every time he's done eating
- The way he LOVES to eat! At his last two feedings before going down for the night, he generally has about 5 oz!
- The way he gulps the milk down at the beginning as if it's his last meal
- He loves to be outside and looking around
- He's so much like his Daddy. Both love to sleep on their right side and are ticklish on their backs.
- The way he loves to cross his ankles.
- He is hilarious with the faces he makes as he falls asleep or is just waking up. I have probably taken about 10 videos of it because I can't get enough. It is also my prerogative as a new mom to take a ridiculous amount of pictures or videos and to make him the new star of our blog! I just can't help myself!

That face is hysterical in the video. I can't wait to show that to my kids!!! (I have no idea about the movie in the background.)
So cute and yeah...no clue about the movie in the background, I will be shocked if anyone gets it! Make sure to tell us in your next post if no one gets it.

OH PULEASE!!! it's the BBC version of pride and prejudice when mr darcy jumps into the pond!
i have to say i am the worst movie person and can't quote a single thing. unless it's the BBC P&P. i have that entire movie memorized. i could watch it in my sleep if i wanted. so all of that is to say, good choice and i'm glad you're teaching your little boy to be a real gentleman. ;-)
he is absolutely adorable. i love that you have this on video. i was never able to get a good video of abigail doing it and then she grew out of it. next kid. next time i'll get it!
ps- don't you think bean dip would make the perfect P&P snack? i do. but make sure you open the windows so the fumes don't kill you. ;-)
